Amanda & Matt’s Inglewood Estate Wedding

One of the things I love most about being the director and booker at LARK Music is being able to get to know our couples and understand exactly what they want their wedding day to feel like.

Amanda and Matt’s April 2026 wedding at Inglewood Estate was a perfect example of this. They had booked our Solo Acoustic & DJ Package, with one of our talented acoustic artist/DJs performing for their ceremony and canapés, before taking over as DJ for their reception. We knew the combination of live acoustic music and DJ entertainment would suit their day beautifully, but just one day before the wedding, we received the unfortunate news that their original musician was unwell and couldn’t perform.

For me, these are the moments where having a personal connection with our couples and knowing our musicians really matters. I knew the style Amanda and Matt were looking for, and I was confident that Ryan was the right person to step in at such short notice. Ryan absolutely delivered, providing the beautiful live acoustic soundtrack for their ceremony and canapés before seamlessly transitioning into the DJ role for their reception.

It was incredibly rewarding to know that what could have been a stressful last-minute change ended up being something that made their day even more special. Amanda and Matt were kind enough to leave us a wonderful review, saying I was “professional, responsive and nothing was too much” and that Ryan “did not disappoint.”

It’s feedback like this that makes everything we do at LARK Music worthwhile. Being trusted to play such an important part in a couple’s wedding day is something we never take for granted. Thank you, Amanda and Matt!
